Who We Are

    The Ygnacio Valley High School Alumni Scholarship Fund was established as a tax-free
    charitable fund for accepting private donations and fund-raising proceeds. The fund will
    grow over time with additional donations, fund-raising efforts, and investment income.

    Incorporation Information
    The scholarship fund is a 501(C) charitable organization registered with the Secretary of
    State of California. Our Federal Tax ID is 68-0479109.

    Fund Management
    The fund is managed by a board of directors, appointed by the 1976 Class Reunion
    Committees of Ygnacio Valley High School. The directors appointed include:

    Barry Savin         Scholarship Selection     

    Additional board members may be added by a majority vote by the board. Anyone interested
    in joining the board can be considered by contacting any of the above directors. Board
    members may resign at any time by giving a 30-day written notice. The remaining board
    members will then recruit a new member to serve.

    Faculty Sponsor
    Ygnacio Valley has appointed a sponsor from their Career Counseling department to promote
    the scholarship and assist the Scholarship Selection Committee with distribution of
    information, collection of applications, and input into the selection criteria.
